要想學(xué)會跳繩非常容易,只要看準(zhǔn)時機跳過去就可以了。我為了和同學(xué)在大課間玩跳繩,拼命的學(xué),開始我沒有抓好時機,把自己絆倒了,腿也青一塊,紫一塊好痛呀!練習(xí)了三兩個星期,真想放棄,可又想起媽媽和我說的一句話:別人能做的,你也可以的,你只不過缺少的是耐心。每當(dāng)我想放棄時,我頭腦中就會出現(xiàn)媽媽說的這句話。從此我就開始腳踏實地去學(xué)習(xí)。
在暑假,我終于學(xué)會跳繩,雖然不是很厲害,可以跳三四下,為了讓我跳的更厲害,李雅境去我家教我,她說:“其實跳繩比你想象的還容易?!甭犃怂脑挘蚁肓艘幌?,跳了一會,嘿,別說還真容易,抓好技巧后我給自己定目標(biāo),一天11下。就這樣天天練,我的跳繩技術(shù)比李雅境好多啦。
從次以后,我更喜歡跳繩了,因為它使我懂得了世上無難事只怕有心人這句話.
